North Mountain Village in Phoenix, Arizona is a 34.6 square miles neighborhood with a total population of 174,791. It contains distinct neighborhoods embodied by different housing types, corridor areas, and suburban neighborhoods. North Mountain Village’s Unified School Districts are Paradise Valley and Peoria. On the other hand, the Elementary School Districts are Madison and Washington while Glendale and Phoenix serve as the Secondary School Districts. 

 

Statistics show that 73,205 housing units were built in North Mountain Village. Between 2000 and 2009, 4,614 were constructed while there are 990 built in 2010 or later.
