Property Leak Surveys Phoenix
Don’t Let a Leak Mislead You
Our property leak surveys in Phoenix are a great tool to help determine which area of your property has a leak before you commit to a full leak detection. While it may seem obvious, that isn’t always the case.
For example, say there is a lingering wet spot in your yard. Many people assume that because it’s in the grass that it must have to do with irrigation. So they pay a professional to come out and conduct an irrigation leak detection but they end up concluding that the irrigation isn’t leaking. Now they are back to square one and will have to pay for more testing.
Not only does this waste money, but it gives the leak more time to waste water or cause damage. By getting a property survey done first, you can have that peace of mind that the money you put into leak detection will be worth it. Plus, it’s always a good idea to evaluate all areas prone to leaks to ensure you tackle ALL leaks rather than just one.
What To Expect With a Property Leak Survey
When we show up, we will walk the entire property and isolate each individual area separately to identify which area(s) is leaking. These areas include home, yard, and pool. Once the survey is done, we will schedule leak detection to find the exact location of the leak within that area.
What is the wait time?
These pre-leak detection visits don’t take as much time as the leak detection itself. Due to that, property surveys are floated into our existing schedule, resulting in very low wait times for our clients.
