Paradise Valley Village, true to its name, is known for its open space landscape, surrounded by mountains. This 42.9 square miles community has a population of 113,892. Paradise Valley Village shouldn’t be confused with the municipality of Paradise Valley in Arizona, which is smaller in land area and is known as the richest municipality in Arizona, with a lot of affluent residents and locations.
The Paradise Valley neighborhood in Phoenix got its name from a very massive area that was called Paradise Valley which expands the north of the Phoenix Mountains to Cave Creek. There are also two Unified School Districts here: Paradise Valley and Scottsdale. A total of 48,358 are in Paradise Valley, 4,069 of them were built between 2000 and 2009 and 1,467 in 2010 or later. Fifty thousand seven hundred and five residents are white collar workers while the other 9,894 work in blue collar jobs.

Other community facilities in this village are the Paradise Valley Community College, Paradise Valley High School, Paradise Valley Hospital, and Paradise Valley Golf Course. A community center, the Paradise Valley Community Center offers various activities for residents of all ages.
